Concept to production-ready design

We work at any stage. You get a complete design system built around production realities: materials, construction, hardware, tolerances. No mood boards, just spec-ready work.

02

Development support & supply chain access

You have a direction but no factory network, or you're stuck with your current supplier. We provide what you're missing: factory access, sampling speed, and on-site capability.

Scope includes
  • Concept generation - typically 2-3 design directions
  • Direction review and design rationale
  • Pattern development
  • First sample coordination and factory briefing
  • Development iterations - typically 2-4 sample rounds
  • Pre-production sample review and sign-off
  • Full design history and tech pack handover

03

Manufacturing access & production management

You have an approved sample and production spec. Now you need it manufactured on time, to cost, with consistent quality. We manage the whole production run for you - from PO through delivery.

Scope can include any combination of
  • Factory sourcing and qualification, if not already established
  • PO placement and production scheduling
  • Raw material inspection at goods-in
  • Inline QC at key production milestones
  • On-floor factory management during production runs
  • AQL 2.5 final inspection
  • Defect reporting, remediation management, and re-inspection
  • Shipping documentation and freight coordination
